Parents and members of the wider community are encouraged to become involved in the decision-making process at Woree State High School. We invite participation through the following groups:
Parents & Citizens Association
The P&C meet in the school conference room on the third Monday of every month at 7.30 pm.

Parent School Partnerships Initiatives Parent Group
The PSPI parent group meets in the school on a regular basis each term, to discuss upcoming indigenous events, inform parents/community members of what is happening in the school and to seek assistance and feedback with submissions.

Cook Island/Pacific Islander Parent Group
Currently, this group meets regularly to discuss and work collaboratively with the school in order to better understand and establish a open communication process for parents/community members. This group also works presentations and dances for such activities as "Harmony Day" and various other school activities and events.
